WOW...what a great show...

It started out a little rough...but as it got going I really started to get into it.

Looking forward to more!

Is this a HS Musical rip-off? I watched bits and pieces but felt ready to hurl and had to turn it off for my own good health.

this looks like one of those shows you watch with the sound turned off.

Well...it isn't for everybody... but critics are actually calling it the "Anti- High School Musical". It is a dark comedy, with subject matter that quite frankly is too adult for my young children to watch. Stoned and Drug dealing teachers is not exactly Disney stuff.

I almost turned it off in the first couple of minutes...but I'm glad I watched it as a whole, because I really warmed to it. Some of the quirkiness of the characters and much of the subtle humor is difficult to appreciate while skipping around.

I liked it very much - line of the episode, courtesy of Jane Lynch: "Your resentment....is delicious."

I didn't really care for Episode 2...The sound just wasn't organic enough, and the lip syncing was just down right horrible.

Lynch gets the best lines of the show:

"That was the most offensive thing I have seen in 20 years of teaching, and that includes an elementary school production of 'Hair'!"



Seriously though...this show just went for the lowest common denominator...and if it keeps going like this...it won't even last through September.

On the positive side...it looks like the show started strong with a 7 share...but considering that its only competition was the Obama speech...I would be surprised if it didn't drop 50% in ratings next week.

I really enjoyed the first episode, but this one wasn't great. I'll keep watching, but I agree you Shon, the lip syncing was awful. it pretty much ruined the whole episode for me.

Third episode was a little better...

Forth...A much stronger episode... This show might finally be getting on its feet.

Episode 5 was great...back on track!

I think it has those rough edges like any new show, it's not perfect, but I have a feeling it'll be one of my favorites by next season.

Another great episode...looks like the show is finally finding its feet.

I haven't watched the whole thing, but I was enjoying the first half an hour that I got to watch.
